I’ve always had a hard time describing myself—because I’m many things. In the spiritual world, I don’t always fit the mold. I’m not religious. I’m not particularly “woo.” Sure, I have a few crystals around the house, and I speak the language of religion, energy and intuition—but I believe those perceptions can sometimes keep people from exploring their own inner wisdom.

At the heart of it, I believe most of us are simply trying to make the most of our time on earth. We’re seeking connection, meaning, and a sense of peace in who we are.

I use the word conduit because as I’ve tapped into my intuition—Spirit, Oneness, innate knowing—my life has continued to unfold in miraculous ways. And even more powerfully, I’ve been able to support others as they remember their own truth and light.

I say I’m an ark builder because I believe transformation is contagious. When we heal ourselves, when we share our stories, we help raise the collective consciousness. That’s how we build something better—together.

I’ve sat at the tables of all kinds of people from CEOs to furries. And every time, I find the same thing at each person's core: we all just want to be loved, seen, and connected.
